Our receptionists are the first point of contact for patients when they enter the clinic. Our team currently includes four receptionists, who warmly welcome patients and schedule appointments efficiently so that treatments can begin as soon as possible.

Julianna joined us in 2019, after our move to the new clinic, during a team expansion. She quickly mastered all our systems and became an indispensable member of the team. Today, she is our “all-knowing” receptionist: every piece of information passes through her, and for any questions, we turn to her, ensuring our patients enjoy the smoothest experience possible.
