Our receptionists are the first point of contact for patients when they enter the clinic. Our team currently includes four receptionists, who warmly welcome patients and schedule appointments efficiently so that treatments can begin as soon as possible.

Dorottya originally joined as a substitute receptionist while her colleague was on maternity leave. From her very first days, it was clear that she was skilled, kind, and a perfect fit for the team, so we were happy to keep her on. Thanks to her empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, she has become the team’s HR specialist and is an indispensable member for both patients and colleagues.
