At Pomadent Dental Clinic, our mission is to ensure that your smile stays healthy and beautiful for many years to come. That’s why we offer a quality warranty on all dental restorations.
If a dental restoration suffers an unexpected failure – such as a fracture, ceramic chipping, or detachment – we will repair or remake it free of charge, provided that it was used correctly and all warranty conditions have been met.

✅ Warranty conditions
The warranty is valid if:
- The patient notifies our clinic immediately after noticing the defect.
- The repair or replacement is performed exclusively by Pomadent doctors.
- The patient attends regular check-ups every 6 months at our clinic – these visits are recorded in our digital system.
Each case is evaluated individually, and the dentist will decide whether repair or full replacement is necessary.
ℹ️ Important information
During the preparation of teeth for crowns or bridges, a preparation trauma may occur, which could later require root canal treatment. This procedure is not covered by the warranty and will incur additional costs.
Pomadent Clinic cannot be held responsible for dental issues that were not visible on X-rays or unpredictable at the time of treatment.
⚠️ When the warranty is void or limited
- if the patient does not attend 6-month check-ups during the warranty period;
- if oral hygiene is neglected;
- if medical recommendations are not followed (e.g. failure to wear a night guard);
- if the removable denture is not properly maintained;
- in case of gum or bone recession;
- in case of accidental damage (e.g. dropping the denture);
- in case of significant and rapid weight change;
- if the patient develops a systemic condition affecting oral health (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, post-radiotherapy or chemotherapy conditions);
- if another dentist modifies the work without prior approval.
